Our Rates for long stay rentals vacation

Max Apartments offers special rates for those who want to rent an apartment or a flat in Florence for medium and long period.
Here below you can find our rates for rental periods of 1 month of more .

Max Apartments  Types Monthly Rental Rates  :

Max  San Zanobi Flats monthly rental rates :


  • Zanobi Flat for 1 person : euro 800 monthly
  • Zanobi Flat for 2 persons : euro 900 monthly
  • Zanobi Flat for 3 persons  : euro 1000 monthly


Included/Not Included :


* Monthly rate does not include utilities use ( water, gas, electricity ) : the cost will be calculated on the monthly usage .
** Monthly rate includes internet connection wifi , initial forniture of linens , towels are not included.

*** Max Apartment require the payment of the first month rental in advance ; at the arrival in case of rental longer than 1 month is required the payment of the second month rental

**** Housekeeping could be require for an extra cost of 20 euro for each cleaning attendance .
***** For the day of  30-31 December and 1 January  will be applied  an increase on  the daily rate based on the rates from daily calendar.

These rates  will be applied only for rents greater  or equal to 1 month of duration

Max Guelfa Apartments monthly rental rates :

  • Guelfa apartment for 1 person (Guelfa Studio ): 750 euro
  • Guelfa apartment for 2 persons ( Guelfa one bedroom or Guelfa 2 single  bedrooms ) : 990 euro
  • Guelfa apartment for 3 persons ( All types of Guelfa apartments , depending on availabilities ): 1150 euro
  • Guelfa apartment for 4 persons ( Guelfa two double  bedrooms ) :1300 euro
